Monday - Friday schedule
Outpatient, adult patients, new patient visits as well as follow up and medication management

Responsibilities may include:
- Evaluate and assess patients independently under physician supervision, and order interventional procedures as indicated.
- Be proficient in EMR to document notes, orders, prescriptions, etc.
- Contribute to the team effort by supporting all team members and maintaining an open and positive attitude.
Requirements: NP / PA license in New York
