We are looking for a motivated and Enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time or part-time in Clear Lake, IA.

We are a multidisciplinary team with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, therapists, technicians, and awesome support staff in a state-of-the-art Integrated Wellness practice. We take a “whole person approach” when taking care of our patients and each team member collaborates with the patients, to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. We combine the best techniques, state of the facilities and procedures and provide the best medical advice, helping our patients accelerate or maintain their journey to good health. Duties:
- New Patient exams/evaluations (past medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging)
- Order imaging/labs/bloodwork
- Review diagnostic results of imaging/labs/bloodwork
- Diagnosis
- Treatment plans
- Treatments may include (Trigger point injections, joint injections, PRP injections)
- Patient education
- Documentation- timely and accurate
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an Accredited NP program
- NP state license in IA
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (no weekends!)
- Part time- flexible on days/hours
Salary:
- $100k-$130k per year (salary and bonus) for Full-time
