About the POSITION:
PNP needed for the FQHC clinic in Eureka
3 years' experience required
M - F
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Salary Range: DOE
- Included in salary: $ for CME, CA license, board certification, DEA, professional membership/equipment, etc.
Administrative Time: 1 hour per 4-hour patient care clinic.
CME Time: 5 days/calendar year prorated to FTE & start date; no rollover.
- Care Team Access Incentive Pay Program Pilot
- Eligible when seeing 9 – 12 patients/clinic; requires chart closure
- Rate is $30/visit for the 9th – 12th patient (and $30/visit to the care team)
PTO: accrual based upon years of service
- 1-4.99 years = 15 days; 5-9.99 = 20 days, 10-14.99 = 25 days, greater than 15 = 30 days
List of Stipends:
- Extra clinic coverage stipend (on top of FTE; i.e., covering a clinic for a sick provider)
- Monday-Thursday after-hour clinic (3-hour): $200/clinic
- Saturday after-hour clinic (4-hour): $300/clinic
- Regular office hour clinic: rate/hour
- Medical after-hour call Weekday (Monday-Friday) Weekend (Saturday-Sunday) Holiday Primary call (APC) $250 $500 $500 Secondary call (Physician) 0 0 0 Combined (Physician) $350 $600 $600
- Other PRN stipends:
- Provider for Provider Program (PPP): $1,000 for the 1st 6 months, $500 for the 2nd 6 months if needed
- Provider for Provider Program (PPP): $1,000 for the 1st 6 months, $500 for the 2nd 6 months if needed
