Job Description
* Join established CHC in northern Fairfield County
* Full time need with Monday through Friday schedule -- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 late evening each week)
* Provide quality care for an all adult patient base in a multi-specialty clinic
* Must have at least one-year experience and working with the underserved is a PLUS
* Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
* Competitive compensation DOE and full benefit package with generous paid time off
* Qualifies for NHSC loan repayment with high HPSA score
