About the AREA:
Located in Upstate NY about 1 hour South of Rochester, NY.
About the GROUP:
FQHC with 5 locations as well as a mobile dental unit They provide Primary Care, Dental Care, and Vision Care at their locations.
About the POSITION:
Pediatric NP needed at an FQHC
The office does have a Peds MD
Will work with 1 Peds MD and 1 FNP
Really need someone who can come in and take the load off of the FNP.

Passionate about community health, passionate about their agricultural communities they serve.
M-F
No Saturdays
On call; phone call only; 1X a month
