- Fulltime, Permanent position (exact schedule to be discussed with the client
- The Provider will be performing primary healthcare and seeing children of all ages for sick/well visits, vaccinations, physical exams, and follow-up consults
- working in a rural/smaller populated area experience preferred
- Pennsylvania license in hand or in process, DEA Certification required
