We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Goose Creek, SC. We are looking for a provider who can join us in providing direct patient care within our busy practice. Our ideal NP is comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patient’s healthcare needs. We are seeking someone that is good with patients, thoughtful, caring, a great communicator and a great educator. Job duties include trigger point and joint injections (training available). Join our team in offering top quality, team-based approach to our patient’s health and wellness concerns. The position also requires health promotion, education, convenient/urgent care, as well as more traditional chronic condition management.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Treatment plan formulation
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point/joint injections, Fluoroscopy Guided Needle injections (can provide training if needed)
- Documentation and progress notes- web-based certified electronic medical record system provided
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating/supervisory physician or specialist regarding patient care
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP license in SC
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint/trigger point injections under fluoroscopy a plus (will provide training if needed)
- Prefer providers have their Medicare numbers and are registered with insurance companies.
- CAQH ID number
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (with Friday hours ending at 1)
Compensation:
- $100k-$110k (DOE)
