About the AREA:
Located in South Carolina about 1 hr from Savannah, GA and 2 hrs from Charleston, SC
About the GROUP:
FQHC that has been in the area for over 25 years. Group offers the full array of primary care and Behavioral Healthcare services to all individuals, regardless of ability to pay and provide services for approximately 12,000 patients.
About the POSITION:
Outpatient FQHC
M, W, H, F 8a - 5p; Tues 8a - 7:30p
Fulltime, 40 hour work week
Evening will rotate through providers
Provider will share phone call only, 1:9
No hospital call
Full scope Mental/Behavioral Health to patients of all ages
