We are a medically integrated functional medicine and physical medicine clinic focusing on chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypothyroidism and autoimmune disease as well as degenerative large joint conditions using regenerative methods.
We are looking for a candidate to work with our patients due to the rapid growth we have seen since the beginning of the year. Our practice is membership model and is all self-pay, meaning our providers have the time to adequately treat and support their patients to achieve amazing results and not have to spend 2/3 of their time doing paperwork and jumping through hoops to satisfy the insurance companies.
We are in search of a Candidate that is interested in getting to the root cause of chronic conditions and helping patients finally take control of their health. The culture of our practice is extremely upbeat and patient oriented. We will only bring on a provider that fits this culture.
