PA Program Director in Maryland

The University of Maryland, Baltimore, a top research institution named a Best College by US News & World Report, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) Program Director to oversee a very well-established PA program with a history of excellence in PA training. The program has been continually accredited since its inception in 1996. The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and academic support to the PA program and nine full-time faculty, a medical director, and five full-time staff. The program is uniquely positioned to collaborate with a world-class center for teaching and learning, a program in health professions, and a statewide PA leadership and learning academy. The successful candidate's duties will be 100% administrative, teaching, and service to the institution. This is an ideal time to lead the program and give back to the next generation of PAs.

In its five-year strategic plan, the graduate school has prioritized positioning the UMB PA program to be a leader in the profession.
