This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

- Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on your availability. (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
- Job Setting: Home Care
- Types of Cases: Conducting in-home health and wellness evaluations.
- Immediate start upon credentialing.
- Experience a plus; new graduates welcomed!
