Job Description
Hartford, CT - PMHNP - 2-3 days/week - $70-$85/hour
-Hartford, CT Federally Qualified Health Center
-Integrative, Not for Profit Community Health Center
-Join team of 2 PMHNP's, 2 P/T Psychiatrists + Primary care staff of NP's/MD's + large ancillary staff
-See adults or adults/kids mix
-1 Hour/day lunch, 60 mins admin time/day + 30 min team huddle daily
-See 10-14 patients/day -(30% no show rate) - Nextgen EMR
-60 Min evals, 15-30 min med mgmt at PMHNP discretion
-Work 8:30 - 5:30, Monday - Friday or optional 4(8's) schedule
-Full Benefits, 25 Days PTO + 9 Holidays + 5 CME Days ($1500/yr) + License
-Part Time - $80-85/hour (F/T may be an option)
