Job Description
PMHNP needed a combination of in-person visits at SNF/ALF in the Seattle, Bellevue area. If Interested Please refer to job ID #65512
- Fulltime Permanent position
- Schedule Monday- Friday 9:30-5:30 with light call
- Providers will be providing services to SNF, ALF patients in person, providing both Med Management and therapy services
- The position may have some telehealth components providing services to outpatient clinic patients,
- The provider must have at least 1 year of experience working in a Psych Setting
- The group is currently adding EMDR services to our clinic and is open to candidates that hold this certification
- Active DEA, X wavier, and experience in an addiction setting are highly preferred
- Looking for a team player with a strong work ethic and able to work independently
- Washington Licence must be in hand or in the process ( Local providers will be strongly considered)
- Salary is DOE, Group offers full benefits, 3 weeks of PTO, CME, $7,500 relocation assistance
