- Full-Time/ Permanent
- Schedule (3/4 days a week)
- Flexible schedule
- Patients 6-8 per day
- Call is in rotation- 7xs per month from 5 pm-7 pm
- The ideal candidate will cover facilities within a 45-minute radius
- NC license in hand
