(Archived) Part-Time PMHNP needed in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Tele-med component available

Would be evaluating, medication adjustment/new medications. Some supportive counseling visits. 2 scenarios for Psych NP- inpatient rehab patients that need help with grieving/adjustment (debilitating losses) amputations, severe spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury. Also patients who have had one of these episodes but also with pre-existing psych conditions. Will work together with closely with physiatrist and case manager.
