Chief Advanced Care Practitioner, Psychiatry Outpatient Opening in Boston, MA
- Permanent position
- Will support the physician assistants and nurse practitioners operating within the Department of Psychiatry’s outpatient department, including the specialty programs, which currently include the addiction clinic (APTP) and psychosis clinic (WRAP) as well as future specialty programs within the outpatient area, through important functions such as recruiting and hiring new staff, training new staff, helping to coordinate ongoing medical education of the staff, scheduling and interacting with the physician staff and hospital around the roles and optimal professional development of the ACP staff. Will have both the clinical responsibilities of the clinical position as well as administrative duties.
- Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a NP/PA
- Some supervisory experience strongly preferred
- MA licensure needed
