Job Description
Job Description: Nurse Practitioner is needed to join an outpatient group outside of Indianapolis. You will be working a Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule with no weekends. Seeking a provider with experience with Medically-Assisted Treatments, mainly Vivitrol, although comfort with Suboxone would be ideal as well. Job details:
- You will be working a Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule
- No weekends
- Assessing and evaluating patients for psychiatric and primary health care issues
- Provide medication evaluation and management
- Consult and train staff on psychiatric and behavioral health issues
- Please have your PMHNP certification
- Looking for a provider with MAT experience through Vivitrol
- Suboxone experience would be ideal as well but not required
