About the AREA:
Located just 40 miles from Columbia, MO
About the GROUP:
FQHC in a new 25,000 square foot integrated health care facility. Our new facility will have nine primary care exam rooms, with expansion to twelve, six dental operatories, with expansion to eight and, twelve behavioral health offices, a wing for our adult and youth behavioral health community-based program staff, two group rooms for our community learning programs and eight offices for administrative staff.
About the POSITION:
Looking to add a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Need is due to losing a provider in February
FQHC/CMHC combination
12 exam rooms
Outpatient Only
Clinic is open M-F 8a - 6p
They can work either 5-8 hour days or 4-10 hour days
Phone call only, and it is for their own patients
Will see 16-18 patients per day
Will work with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, Primary Care, Peds, Dental, and Case Management
