FNP Description:
*Established in 1984, this large system has been serving the North Eastern part of CT providing patient-centered care
*They are currently seeking a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to join their ever-growing team of providers
*This is an Outpatient practice opportunity-No call or weekend work required
*You will working out of their Putnam, CT location
*Flexible scheduling is available (4-TEN Hour Shifts)
*Team Approach-Collaboration with the team is a requirement
*Patient-Centered Clinic-The key word is QUALITY of Patient Care
*Perform typical FNP job duties such as physical exmaniations, assessments, etc.
