40327 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Needed in Rutland County

This is a Permanent Full-time position. Looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to treat patients at 6 primary care clinics located throughout Rutland County. Prior experience working with geriatric or substance abuse population is preferred. Join a dynamic, collaborative team of Adult & Child Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors who together provide a plan of care for our patients.

This position will involve coordinating plan of care with primary care providers to include psychiatric consults and completing diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medical management services. Nurse Practitioners receive the support of RN Case Managers. These health centers provide short term and ongoing psychiatric services. Our behavioral health program is one of the major psychiatric services within Rutland County.
