Job Description
This Community Health Center provides comprehensive Behavioral health, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health & Family Planning, and General Dentistry services
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric exams and medication management
- Assess patients condition and develop treatment plans
- Order and prescribe treatment, follow-up on treatment outcomes
- Maintain medical records, EMR
Details:
- Full time position, 36 hour week
- Monday-Friday 1/2 DAY FRIDAYS!
- No week-ends, no call
- 4 weeks paid vacation plus 8 paid holidays
- Loan repay 50K for a 2 year commitment
- 10K sign on bonus 10K paid relocation
- 403 D match retirement plan, full benefit package
- 100K-160K DOE
