Job Description
- The provider participates in the development and implementation of behavioral health interventions in the primary care and specialty care settings to individuals and groups where applicable.
- Provides behavioral health consultation to all collaborating providers, including but not limited to PCPs, care coordinators, nursing staff, hospitalists and fellow behavioral health providers.
- Provides documentation and accurate information in the Electronic Medical Records system.
