Job Description
A well-established health system in Salt Lake City area is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their outpatient behavioral health unit. This is a full time, permanent position where the provider will be working an M-F days schedule completing psychiatric evaluations and medication management follow-ups.
An ideal candidate would be someone with a passion for mental health and working with the geriatric population. As well as someone that is flexible and willing to help in the inpatient units if scheduled within reason.
