Not for profit Community focused practice seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/PMHNP to work in an outpatient psych setting just across the Ohio river in the Newport, KY Area.

Position Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Company:

• This group has been around for over 50 years and provides mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities and has multiple offices in the area to better serve the needs of the community
• Are quick to address a wide range of needs and are made available to anyone in the area who is in need, regardless of income level and are all about providing quality care to better serve the community and the area

Benefits and Features:

• Base salary: $90 –95,000/year, annual productivity bonus, make up to $104,000/year with bonuses
• Partial employer paid health insurance (% of employer paid depends on plan employer selects)
• 10 days PTO at hire, then accrue 10 days per year. After 3 years employment receive 15 days per year
• 9 paid holidays per year on top of PTO
• 401k with up to 4% employer match
• 100% employer paid $10k life insurance policy, 100% employer paid short term disability

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, M-F, 8-5p no weekends or on call
• Outpatient setting, seeing all ages, or just kids or adult
• Provider will be doing evaluations and medication checks
• Supported by other PMHNP’s and MD’s that are willing to train/mentor
