Job Description
A Psychiatric Healthcare Facility is in need of a Nurse Practitioner who has their Data 2000 waiver to help with their growing population and opening of their new location. The schedule will be Monday - Friday with a schedule of 15 hours per week max starting. Once the new clinic opens, then the provider will be able to obtain more hours. The provider will see roughly 4-8 patients per day and the patient population is adult only who have opiate and heroine addiction.
