Job Description

Medical Doctor Associates is seeking out a Nurse Practitioner to work at an on site facility in Noble County, OH
Coverage is needed 7/15/19 through 10/15/19
Days needed: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (10 hour shifts)
Requirements include:
Ohio License
BLS
DEA
Ideally 2+ years of experience in either Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine.
MDA will pay weekly via direct deposit as well as cover all medical liability insurance and mileage reimbursement.
