PSYCH NP NEEDED IN COASTAL NJ LOCATION

- Provides competent, holistic, effective advanced practice nursing care to consumers of behavioral health care at this agency according to standards set forth in statement on Psychiatric Mental health Clinical Nursing Practice
- Population served will be adult consumers with mental illness and substance abuse (MICA)
- Functions as an independent nurse clinician and maintains competency to perform psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric pharmacological and psychological interventions, psychotherapy, consultation to other health care providers and evaluation of outcome
