Experienced PMHNP needed in the greater Philadelphia, PA area

The Senior Behavioral Health Program is a 20-bed, inpatient care unit serving older adults who seek behavioral health services and require a short inpatient stay.

Treatment is available for a variety of conditions including, but not limited to depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, anxiety, dementia with behaviors and schizophienia.

Opportunity for medical exposure through patient co-morbidities, patient consults on medical units and daily interaction with medical doctors who co-manage and round daily on patients

Additional information:

• Join a multi-disciplinary team
• Coordinates the care of the population seen in their specific department and or center
• PMHNP is an active member of the Hospitalist team
• Work with and collaborate with the Hospitalist physicians to provide patient care for adult in-patients on the unit
