Job Description
Will only consider candidates that will go into community and office but may start out remote
- ASAP start
- Must have Suboxone Certification
- New ACT program starting in October – West Haven area – will travel with the team - 50% / 50% Combo of OP/ACT
- Adult, but if they will see children and adolescents that is a plus for OP
- 35 hours/week
- 20 minute medication checks / 1 hour for evaluations
- EMR-CareLogic
- Depression, bipolar, anxiety, schizophrenia
- PMHNP, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, and case managers on staff
