Growing Community Health Center is looking to hire a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP in an outpatient setting! In the Plymouth/Valparaiso, IN area

Your Role with the Company:

  • M-F, 8a-4p
  • Outpatient setting seeing all ages or just adults
  • PMHNP will work autonomously, supported by a Psychiatrist and Family Practice MDs

Background Profile:

  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP
  • MAT certified preferred, not required
