Located in NW Indiana
About the GROUP:
Group is an FQHC with 5 locations in NW Indiana
About the POSITION:
PMHNP needed
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 3:30 pm. No on-call
Outpatient Adolescent position. Mainly will be Middle and High School aged.
3-5 patients an hour
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Compensation is negotiable Medical/Dental Malpractice Retirement Plan PTO CME + allowance
