Coverage Needed
- NP Psychiatry position in the Hospitals Partial Hospital Program
Schedule
- Mon-Fri- 8 am - 4 pm
Clinical Details
- Partial Hospital Group program provides adult clients mental health and co-occurring substance use disorder group therapy and medication management.
- Nurse Practitioner conducts admission assessments, psychiatric diagnostic evaluations on all new admissions to the program. Practitioner meets regularly with patients during there stay in the program conducting 1:1 sessions, medical management, and liaisoning with their outpatient treatment team.
- Nurse Practitioner works within a multidisciplinary team to conduct treatment and discharge planning to ensure safe transition and discharge from the program.
