Job Description
PMHNP – Remote/Telehealth – Licensed for NY and NJ or PA
* Deliver care via telemedicine to a population of adult patients (age 18+)
* Review medical history, clinical stability of patients and assess eligibility for treatment
* Conduct assessments and provide medication management consultations over video calls
* When clinically indicated, prescriptions will be written
* Communicate with patients, answer all of questions through a secure messaging system
* Must be licensed in either NY & NJ or PA
* One year of experience working as a PMHNP is a MUST
* Active license and DEA registration required
* Do not have to be a resident but must hold a valid clean license
* Willingness to obtain additional state licensure is desired
* Technology savvy PMHNPs who are willing to work with multiple software programs and tools are needed
