JOB TITLE (#1640): Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Bronx, NY
A dynamic and integrative diagnostic treatment center in the Bronx is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team. They provide a wide array of primary and specialty care services and are licensed under Article 28 of the Health Law of the State of New York. They are currently operating in Bronx, Queens and Manhattan. Their staff is very friendly, team-oriented and their focus is on providing the absolute highest level of quality patient care.
Compensation and Benefits for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:
- The starting salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 / yr
- This is a Full-time or Part-time position
- Benefits include Malpractice, Health Insurance, Vacation, Federal Holidays, CME, 401K
Requirements of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:
- Must have an active State License
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:
- Record patient medical history and symptoms.
- Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
- Perform physical exams and patient observations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Educating and counseling patients and their families.
