About the AREA:
Located in Oregon just 40 min from Eugene, OR
About the GROUP:
10 Locations with 27 Specialties and over 110 providers.
Group is the largest independent, physician-led medical group in the mid-Willamette Valley.
About the POSITION:
Experienced Adult or FNP with Pulmonary background
Will work with 3 B/C Pulmonologists and Critical Care MD's
Urgent appointments for established pulmonary medicine patients
Chronic disease management across the pulm med spectrum
Coordination and care of hospitalized patients, including post intensive care syndrome
Collaboration with team members in the ongoing development of a lung cancer screening program!!
Shared evening phone call
