Responsibilities:

Full-time position - interventional radiology
-
Monday-Friday 7 AM to 5 PM
-
No weekends and no call
-
Collaborate with a fantastic team of PA and NP providers and board-certified radiologists

Perform procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, placement and removal of PICC lines, tunneled catheters and ports, CT guided biopsies, ultrasound-guided biopsies, and more
-
Obtain comprehensive health histories and perform complete physical examinations during hospitalization

Develop patient treatment plans and educate patients about discharge care

Communicate patient status information, attend daily rounds, and document progress in the electronic medical record
Qualifications:
-
Ability to obtain Virginia Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License

BLS/ACLS Certified
-
Strong interpersonal skills
-
Proficient with EMR systems
