Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner!
The Nurse Practitioner will join a orthopedic trauma service line. The successful candidate will round, perform consults, see patients in clinic, and assist in the operating room when needed. The Orthopedic Trauma team will provide care to patients at a level 1 trauma center. The hospital is part of a 8 hospital healthcare system serving Eastern North Carolina.
Position Highlights:
- Hospital privileges at a level 1 trauma center and certified primary stroke center.
- Mix of inpatient and ouptatient clinical patient responsibilities
- Collaboration with department of surgery
- ~4,000 admission on an annual basis
This position is with an academic medical center in the heart of Eastern North Carolina. It's conveniently located just over an hour from Raleigh and the Outer Banks. Cost of living is low and there is affordable housing options and public and private school options.
