Provider’s Role with the Company:

• 3 openings: Post Kidney Transplant, Adult Liver Transplant, and Pediatric Kidney Transplant!
• Very team-oriented group that love healthy collaboration and training
• Each role will be office based. There will not be OR time. Pre and post follow up to assist candidates for transplant through a successful process of matching through post follow up
• Wonderful training program and open to new graduate applicants
• The ideal candidate for this role is one that loves to have a long-term patient load in a fulfilling environment to assist patients and families in each phase of Transplant

Background Profile:

• Nurse Practitioner/NP or Physician Assistant/PA
• License and Board Certification in state of New York or pending
• Open to strong New Graduate applications!
