Job Description
One of our clients in North Carolina needs assistance with NP Cardiothoracic Surgery locum tenens coverage. Here are some of the details.
- Location: Eastern North Carolina
- Coverage Dates: ASAP for 3-4 months
- Schedule: Day vary Monday – Friday, 6:30a – 4:30p and weekend coverage, 4 shifts per week
- Practice Details: Cardiac surgery experience as a nurse or advanced practice provider are preferred, experience in Acute Care required. Required procedures include thoracentesis, pulling chest tubes and pacing wires
- Average Patient Volume: 16 – 22 patients (8-13/APP)
- Setting: Inpatient only. Team of six (6) Cardiac Surgery MD’s and seven (7) NP/PA Providers
- Must be NC licensed, BLS and ACLS required
