Job Description

Top Health System in Southern Oregon is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their Cardiothoracic Surgical Care team. The thoracic Nurse Practitioner will be working with a team of 2 cardiothoracic surgeons and 7 NPs/PAs, a Practice Manager, care transformation nurse, MA's, and support staff. The thoracic NP will have primary responsibilities of inpatient rounding, inpatient medical management, and discharge planning coordination for all postoperative thoracic surgery patients. Additional responsibilities include oversight of the outpatient thoracic clinic including but not limited to referral intake, conducting postoperative physical exams, medication management, care management, and coordinating referrals to medical oncology and pulmonology.

Up to 10K in relocation will be provided to bring the best provider into this beautiful community where you can enjoy 4 full seasons and sunny days. The provider will receive 30 days of PTO a year which ensures a wonderful life/ work balance.
