Location- Silverdale, WA
Specialty- Vascular Surgery
We are looking for an NP or PA to provide long term coverage, starting ASAP ongoing.
Hours: Monday through Friday
Shifts Type-
Hospital: 7a-4p M-F
Clinic: 8:30a-4:30p M- TH
Patient Type- 100 % Adults
Office average patients - 15-20
Hospital average patients- 5-12, Admissions 2
Average Surgery per day- 3-5
Procedures Required- General Surgery, endovascular, Fem-pop, aorto-femoral/iliac, peripheral
Preferred Procedures- Thoracic, abdominal, Vascular access devices
Must have WA license and DEA. Housing and travel provided.
