- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS required
- 300 - 325 patients per month and perform around 50-60 surgical cases in a month
- CVT first assist, TAVRs, vent management, central lines, and contact us for other skills
- Hospital privileges needed
- DEA needed
