Job Description
Urgent Care/Occupational Health clinic in Indiana is growing and needing additional Provider coverage with a Nurse Practitioner. Suturing and splinting are much appreciated along with a DOT certification. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday 8 to 5 pm with some on call. Sole provider at the location. - BLS, DEA, EMR
