Job Description



Community medical group seeking a Spanish Speaking Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care /Ambulatory role in Lowell, MA area.

Company:
 Community Health Center established in 1980 that is dedicated to improving and maintaining the health of individuals and families in the Merrimack Valley! Has been servicing the local community for the past 30+ years ensuring that the indigent children and low income families have access to quality primary health care.

Provider’s Role with the Company:
 Position is full time, will have telemedicine until back in office full time
 MDs will train/mentor and there is always an available provider on site
 Will be working with the underserved population and with Spanish speaking patients

Background Profile:
 MSN/ APRN (Advanced Practice) / ARNP/ FNP/ - Family Nurse Practitioner/ NP or Physician Assistant / PA
 License and Board Certification in state of MA
 Spanish fluency is required for this role
