Job Description
Cross Country Locums is seeking out either a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) for a locums assignment at Indian Health Services in Arizona.
Coverage to begin 3/1/2021 or as soon as credentialed-12/31/2021. Interested providers would ideally commit to the full year but must commit to at least 3 months at a time.
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Requirements include Any State License
- Ideally 2+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- CV in Month/Year Format with no unexplained gaps
- Proof of Board Certification
- BLS
- ACLS
- ATLS
- DEA with schedule 1-V
- 3 References to include name, title, phone number and email address
Competitive compensation will be paid weekly via direct deposit. All medical liability insurance, travel, lodging and car rental will be provided as well.
