Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Raleigh, Durham, and Fayetteville, NC
Overview:
Our mobile wound care group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to support patients throughout the Raleigh, Durham, and Fayetteville regions of North Carolina. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, extensive wound care training, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in patients' homes.
Position Offers:
• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations in home settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide wound care management and follow-up services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and wound care practices
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license
• Comfortable providing care through home visits
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to start within 30 days preferred
