Job Description
- Start Date:
- ASAP - 4-6 weeks
- Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
- Clinic Details:
- Visit all patients with a wound care consults. Any patient with a stage 2 or greater wound is to have a wound care consult per hospital policy.
- Wound care consults include non-pressure injury wounds as well.
- Orders and treatment for all stage 2 and higher Pressure Injury, IF possible, Trach Suture Removal
- Types of Cases:
- Average 5-10 patients/day
- Requirements:
- Preferred: WCC, WOCN, WCS
- **Minimum Experience Required - 6 months
- EMR:
- Sorian
- Will need to know how to document in P-Doc for Soarian
