Hospice Nurse – Clinical Manager -RN
We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Tavares, FL area. They are a non-for-profit organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.

The Position: We’re actively looking for a Clinical Manager
Our client is offering the following benefits:
- Annual Salary: $74,000 - $76,000
- $7,500 Sign On Bonus

- Mileage Reimbursement-$0.50 per mile

Responsibilities:
- Day to Day Operations, Activities and the Patient Care Staff
- Oversee Quality Management Program
- Manages Case Management Staff
- Monday-Friday
- Two Positions Available: Hospice House Manager Traveling Between Tavares and Sumterville & Working out of the Administration building in Tavares or The Villages
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
- 2 years of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience
- 2+ Years of Leadership Experience in a Hospice or Home Health setting
- Familiarity with EMR systems
