Position: RFP Content Manager and Proposal Writer
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Shift: Monday-Friday 8A-5P
Job Information
- Writes, edits and proofreads proposal content such as product overviews and develops client specific responses to Request for Proposals and questionnaires.
- Creates new proposal content blocks as required to support evolving business and electronic proposal strategy changes.
- Collaborates with and receives direction from the Communications Team Manager or Director by applying best practice editorial and content management processes using the Qvidian proposal response database.
- Possesses an understanding of strategic, creative communication planning development and deployment in support of business objectives.
- Assists proposal writer(s) in creating ad hoc responses for RFPs.
- Demonstrates strong strategic business acumen.
- Understands the industry, business and the business segment priorities.
- Identifies strategic opportunities to impact business success.
- Generates creative and innovative solutions to problems
Requirements
- Associates degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications or related field required.
- Major in Communications, Business or Professional Writing, English Literature, Marketing, or Journalism
- 5 years’ experience in the Health Insurance / Payor, HMO or Healthcare Industry
