Job Description
Position: RN | Case Management
Location: Medway, MA
Shift: Mon. - Fri. 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Job Details
- Serve as a “concierge” for our members, to help direct them to appropriate
- Plan benefits and answer basic questions about the Plan (without providing medical advice).
- Also charged with innovating wellness initiatives that could be utilized by the member population.
- No direct patient care, only to monitor patients’ progress, help to keep them compliant with meds and follow-up care, and to serve as a concierge through the system to the extent one is needed.
Requirements:
- Some nursing and/or case management/disease management experience: Required
- Strong interpersonal skills: Required
- Can work the hours M-F, 8am-4pm: Required
